No order submitted by you shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless payment has been taken in full.
Shipping
Once payment has been confirmed, we will send your software license to you by email, with instructions for installing it, within 2 working days. The software itself is available by download with a free 30-day license, from the main website www.activityscheduler.co.uk.
Maintenance purchases (with new software or renewals) entitle you to continued support and upgrades, as described in your original purchase, or in other communications from us.
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the type of products we sell, returns/refunds are not available unless otherwise stated on the product description page of the item you have purchased.
Maintenance contracts can be cancelled at renewal time. If written notice of cancellation is required for any product, this will be specified on the product description page.
Third Party Downloads
No images, files, or cookies are downloaded from third party servers. This means no banner networks or hidden "web bugs" (images of size 1x1 pixels used to track users).
Linking to BadgerNT websites
You do not have to ask permission to link directly to pages hosted on this site or other BadgerNT sites. We do not object to you linking directly to our sites. However, we do not permit our pages to be loaded into frames on your site. BadgerNT pages must load into the user's entire window.
